Through Natasha’s gentle guidance, this class encourages opening through your heart and the frontline of your body, while building strength in the glutes and backline of your body. With a focus on re-setting your posture, as well as lengthening the side waist, this class is designed to leave you feeling refreshed, elongated and calm. The practice concludes with a guided body scan and 5 minutes of meditation.
