+ Class begins: 1 Heavy, 1 Medium & 1 Light Spring (1 Red, 1 Blue & 1 Yellow)
+ Natal: Please watch 'Introduction to Pre-Natal Pilates' video prior to commencing. This class is suitable for Trimester 1 without modifications. For Trimester 2, this class must be modified using a wedge or bolster from the start of class until 14:30 for supine work (laying down). This class is not suitable for Trimester 3. This class is post-natal suitable.
